Antananarivo International Airport received the prestigious "Best Airport under 2 Million Passengers in Africa" award from the Airport Council International (ACI) World for the year 2023.This recognition reflects the continuous efforts of the entire airport community to improve the quality of service at Antananarivo International Airport, making Madagascar a destination that meets the highest international standards of service quality and hospitality.Antananarivo International Airport joined the ACI World's ASQ (Airport Service Quality) program in 2022 to measure, monitor, and enhance its passenger service performance. This program, followed by over 350 airports worldwide, is the most comprehensive benchmarking program for airport customer experience. The ASQ surveys, conducted continuously with travelers on the day of their journey, cover more than 30 performance indicators related to the passenger's departure experience, providing the most complete picture of passenger experience and feedback.Receiving this award serves as an encouragement to intensify efforts in seeking passenger satisfaction and improving the image of Madagascar's primary gateway in Africa and worldwide. The entire airport community remains committed to enhancing the passenger journey, the services offered, and the overall experience at Antananarivo International Airport.
