Ravinala Airports offers a free Wi-Fi service to all passengers at its two international airports.
Each user is granted 4 hours of free Internet access, which can be used over a maximum period of 4 days.

Once the 4 hours have been fully used, access to the service will only be available again after the 4-day period has elapsed.

This free service enhances the passenger experience by providing easy and convenient Internet access, while further improving overall satisfaction within our international airports.

1. Connecting to the “AIRPORTS_FREE_WIFI” network
Wi-Fi is available throughout the terminal, allowing you to stay connected or prepare for your journey.

To connect:

Ensure that the Wi-Fi function on your device is enabled.
Select the “AIRPORTS_FREE_WIFI” network.
Once selected, you will either be automatically redirected to the authentication page or a notification will appear prompting you to connect to the Wi-Fi network.
If neither option appears, return to your device’s Wi-Fi settings and select the network again to trigger the authentication page.

2. Completing the portal form
Once on the portal:

Fill in the two required fields: Name and Email address.
Read the Terms of Use, then check the acceptance box to continue.
Click the “Connect” button.

You will then be redirected to a homepage displaying:

the remaining available connection time,
as well as the number of days left during which you may continue to use the free Wi-Fi service.
You will therefore benefit from 4 hours of free Wi-Fi access, valid over a 4-day period.
